Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Security Engineer to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Security Engineer is a technical resource on the Cyber & Information Security team. This role is responsible for supporting security operations, assisting with incident response activities, and helping maintain and improve enterprise security technologies and processes under the guidance of senior security team members.
The Security Engineer plays an important role in protecting the organization by monitoring security events, assisting with investigations, supporting vulnerability remediation efforts, and helping maintain security technologies across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud environments.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Support security engineering and security operations functions across the enterprise.
- Assist with investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery activities for security incidents under the guidance of senior security team members.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and routine tuning of security controls across identity, endpoint, email, network, and monitoring platforms.
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational security documentation, procedures, and response playbooks.
- Participate in security monitoring, alert triage, event analysis, and escalation of significant findings.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.Partner with IT and business teams to support secure operations and technology implementations.
- Support security projects, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of senior security team members.
- Assist with proactive threat detection, vulnerability management activities, and remediation efforts.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with and seeking guidance from senior team members when appropriate.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

IT service management and incident tracking platforms.
Network security technologies including next-generation firewall and SASE.
Endpoint detection and response (EDR) and XDR.
Cloud productivity and infrastructure security controls.
Identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and MFA.
Email security and phishing protection.
Secure web gateway (SWG) and DNS security.
SIEM and UEBA platforms.
Attack surface management and breach simulation tools.
AI-assisted security technologies.
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential
- 1–3 years of cybersecurity technology experience.
- Understanding of networking, operating systems, identity management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with security tools, monitoring platforms, or cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and priorities.
- Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Security+, Network+, SC-900, AZ-900, or other foundational security certification.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, identity management, vulnerability management, incident response, or endpoint security tools.
