Would you like to work on the development of roof systems for future car models together with some of the market leaders in the automotive industry? Inalfa Roof Systems is a world leading supplier for OEM automotive roof systems and still growing strong. Are you ready to grow with us?

Support projects from acquisition to development/production as purchasing buyer with optimized purchasing price. And, he/she lead to procure/purchase for all required materials and components for Inalfa Roof Systems products including assigned own commodity on a global and/or regional basis.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

• Manage supplier sourcing and procurement activities for new program launches from quotation through production.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and service targets.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, engineering changes, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, SCM, SQD, Finance, and Operations to support program success.
• Lead supplier design reviews and coordinate program purchasing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and ensure purchasing activities comply with global purchasing strategies and procedures.

What Do We Expect From You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of purchasing or project procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing, cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English for communication in a global business environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
