Improve organisational resilience by leading evaluation of priority1 crises and priority2 incidents, driving continuous improvement with structured analysis and stakeholder alignment.
You & your role
Lead the crisis evaluation and ensure that colleagues can effectively lead the evaluation of major incidents to strengthen the organization's resilience and learning capacity.
As a Major Incident Evaluation Lead (MIEL), you operate in a complex and dynamic environment where technology, risk and business meet. You guide multidisciplinary teams, facilitate evaluations, and translate insights into improvements that prevent recurrence and support better decision-making across the bank.

You & your talent
University master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in incident evaluation, risk management, or organisational resilience roles.
3+ years’ experience facilitating multidisciplinary workshops (10+ participants) using root cause analysis methods (e.g. Bowtie, 5xWhy).
Strong stakeholder management and organisational awareness.
Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
Strong risk and regulatory awareness.
A professional presence and the ability to visibly demonstrate leadership and direction.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); basic Dutch is a plus.
