They are now seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance who can provide strategic financial leadership while building the governance, controls and commercial insight required to support international expansion.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with the CEO as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance that supports business growth and commercial decision-making.

• Lead the global finance function across multiple international entities, overseeing reporting, forecasting, cash flow, audit, tax, compliance and financial governance.

• Build scalable financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks that enable sustainable international expansion.

• Mentor the finance team while building trusted relationships with auditors, banking partners, regulators and external advisors.

What you'll bring

• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 years' senior finance experience, including significant UAE exposure.

• Proven experience within a founder-led, privately owned or high-growth business where you've acted as a commercial advisor to founders or CEOs.

• Demonstrable success leading finance across multiple international entities with strong global exposure, IFRS expertise and UAE Corporate Tax knowledge.

• A commercially minded leadership style with the confidence to challenge, influence and guide executive decision-making while remaining hands-on when required.
