Concierge / Receptionist

Weekend Position | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for a welcoming Concierge/Receptionist to be the face of our community on weekends!

In this role, you’ll greet residents and guests, answer phones, assist with administrative tasks, manage mail and appointments, and help create a warm, engaging atmosphere for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with scheduling, mail, and office support
• Address resident concerns promptly
• Support weekend activities and community engagement
• Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Organized and dependable
• Previous receptionist or concierge experience preferred
