Senior RevOps Consultant - Gong

Provide an exceptional implementation experience, ensuring customers quickly realize the value of the Platform. Run discovery workshops to identify business needs and recommend elegant solutions. Manage and prioritize multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Consult on change management strategies to drive and sustain platform adoption. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders, including executives. Become an expert on the entire product line, including APIs and third-party apps. Collaborate with customer technical and security teams to deploy the solution and integrate it with their systems. Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers. Conduct meetings both on-site and remotely, following our professional services methodology. Contribute to internal initiatives that help our team and organization grow. Experience with SaaS, and/or enterprise software.
