Job Description
- Supervise daily activities of operational staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. - Ensure effective execution of operational plans and procedures, meeting performance targets. - Resolve escalated operational issues and challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision- making. - Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. - Provide training, guidance, and support to operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branch operations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive operations. - Mengawasi kegiatan harian staf operasional, memastikan alur kerja yang efisien dan efektif. - Memastikan pelaksanaan rencana dan prosedur operasional yang efektif, serta memenuhi target kinerja. - Menyelesaikan masalah dan tantangan operasional yang tereskalasi, serta menerapkan tindakan korektif yang diperlukan. - Menyiapkan dan menganalisis laporan kinerja, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan. - Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan, standar operasional, dan persyaratan regulasi. - Memberikan pelatihan, bimbingan, dan dukungan kepada staf operasional, serta mendorong budaya keunggulan. - Memantau dan melaporkan indikator kinerja utama (KPI) yang terkait dengan operasi cabang. - Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan operasi yang terintegrasi dan kohesif.
