As a Case Manager – Family Preservation & Restoration, you'll play a vital role in helping vulnerable children remain safely with their families or supporting their safe restoration home. Working within our Community & Mission team, you'll deliver intensive, evidence-based case management that empowers families to build safer, healthier and more stable environments for their children.

Your opportunity
As our Case Manager – Family Preservation & Restoration, you'll provide case management to children and families g in Anglicare's Families Together and Permanency Support Programs. Using the evidence-based Parents Under Pressure (PuP) framework, you'll work collaboratively with families to strengthen parenting capacity, improve child safety and support long-term family wellbeing.
You'll build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and other service providers to deliver coordinated, strengths-based support that creates lasting outcomes for families.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Deliver intensive case management and therapeutic support to vulnerable children and families.
Complete comprehensive assessments, case plans and interventions using the Parents Under Pressure (PuP) framework.
Conduct regular home visits to assess safety, wellbeing and family progress.
Build strong partnerships with DCJ, carers and community agencies.
Maintain high-quality case documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
You are a compassionate and resilient case management professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
You will also need:
Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, Community Services, Social Science or a related discipline.
Experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
Demonstrated assessment, counselling and case management skills.
Knowledge of child protection legislation and family preservation practices.
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Current Working With Children Check.
Ideally, you will also have:
Two or more years' experience within child protection, family preservation or out-of-home care.
Experience working with DCJ.
Willingness to undertake accreditation as a Parents Under Pressure (PuP) Therapist.
Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.
