Overview
Location: Onsite - Pittsburgh, PAJob Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Ideal candidates must have a degree in accounting and experience with the construction industry including working with Certified Payroll and GMP billing.
Responsibilities
- Verify and update contracts, purchase orders, and invoices into the ERP system
- Schedule and process payments to vendors and subcontractors
- Review and submit credit applications
- Conduct reconciliations
- Ensure GMP billing is followed
- Resolve subcontractor invoice inquires
Qualifications
Education Required
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field, Bachelor's preferred
Experience Required
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Experience working with GMP contracts and interacting with vendors
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience using an accounting system preferred
- Ability to work independently
