Job Description

• Coordination for event/celebrity engagement
  • Internal logistics with the MBS operation team (i.e., arrangements for room, transportation, F&B, amenity, and etc.)
  • Supporting the execution of events (i.e., merchandise, content shooting, meet-&-greet logistics, etc.)
  • Itinerary arrangements of in-house celebrities
• Support Director of JPN/KOR Marketing for market research
  • Research the recent trend of entertainment and celebrity industry in Japan and Korea
  • Demonstrate strong PPT skills and support putting a proposal together for celebrity engagement
  • Utilize analytical tools (i.e., Tableau, excel, SAS, etc.) to support identifying key insights in travel and spend trends for Japanese and Korean
• LINE account management
  • Research the recent social media trend to help increasing the follower engagements for LINE
  • Assist planning, strategizing, and implementing the posts, advertisements, promotions of MBS contents on LINE
  • Support managing the LINE agency
• Local language implementation support for key areas (i.e., partners, F&B, rooms, and marketing promotions)
  • Support identifying key areas where local languages are required for Japanese and Korean customers
  • Assist creating localized language material creations
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

• No experience required as training will be provided

• Eye for detail: Organized and meticulous when it comes to project management and completion of tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring solutions to challenges.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support on-site during events, including weekends and evenings as needed.
