Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll conduct behavioral assessments, develop support plans, and provide consultation to caregivers and support teams. This role focuses on consultation rather than direct ABA therapy or RBT supervision. Services are delivered in-person with some telehealth opportunities. You'll work with individuals across the lifespan, primarily adults, in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The position offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
