Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.    Independently develop ERP system test plans and solutions, organize and review test requirements, and design, write, and execute test cases.
2.    Conduct functional testing, interface testing, stability testing, performance testing, security testing, and compatibility testing for software products.
3.    Maintain data related to automated testing tools and scripts, and use automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Appium) to improve testing efficiency.
4.    Familiar with performance testing, proficient in using JMeter, and understand its working principles and implementation methods.
5.    Proficient in interface testing methods and commonly used tools.
6.    Analyze, report, and track issues identified during testing to ensure timely and reasonable resolution.
7.    Summarize and analyze test results to provide data support for product release decisions.
8.    Familiar with the development process and testing procedures of medium and large-scale software projects, with experience in Agile development environments.

Qualifications:
1.    Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields.
2.    Experience: 1+ years of experience in software testing or automated test script.
3.    Technical Skills:
o    Familiar with software testing methods, tools, and processes, with experience in test case design.
o    Use AI-assisted tools and solutions across the software testing lifecycle to significantly improve delivery efficiency.
o    Use AI-assisted tools maintain and optimize automated testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Robot Framework) to improve test stability and reusability.
o    Perform API, performance, security, and compatibility testing; analyze findings and isolate root causes.
o    Contribute to test data construction and management to support AI model validation and regression testing.
o    Proficient in interface testing and automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
o    Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) with basic database knowledge.
4.    Personal Skills:
o    Able to work independently, adept at summarizing, and possess strong documentation skills.
o    Strong observation and analytical skills, with hands-on capabilities and a proactive approach to technical research.
5.    Communication Skills:
o    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o    Fluent in written and spoken English, can spoke Mandarin. (required for cross-border team collaboration).

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.
2.    Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, and data analytics systems.
