Head Chef – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to take charge of the main hotel kitchen within one of the UK's most respected luxury country house hotels.

This role offers the chance to lead a large brigade delivering exceptional food experiences for hotel guests, private events, and special occasions. You'll play a key role in menu development, team leadership, food quality, and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

We're looking for a chef who combines strong operational skills with a genuine passion for quality ingredients, team development, and creating memorable dining experiences.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing kitchen budgets, stock control, and food costs
• Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking
• Ability to inspire and develop a large kitchen brigade
