Overview
As a Day Support Professional, you'll provide habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their residences or community settings. Your responsibilities include supporting individuals in achieving personal goals, fostering independence, and enhancing community integration through person-centered services. You'll assist with daily living activities, administer medication when required, and promote community inclusion. The role requires a high school diploma/GED, with CNA or DSP certification preferred. One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, stretching, and lifting individuals.
