Overview
As a Construction Site Supervisor (Arbetsledare Mark) at NCC Infrastructure, you'll have a varied and developing role where you drive our projects forward from planning to completion. Your responsibilities include planning and following up production at construction sites, participating in procurement, costing and scheduling, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality, occupational health & safety, and sustainability in projects. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and receive support in your development while taking personal responsibility and growing in your role. The position requires construction education or relevant work experience, curiosity, structure, collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic environment.
