Our Leipzig International Kindergarten, opened in June 2014, provides over 270 children aged 1 to 6 with a full-day early education programme. We are fortunate to be working in an attractive, purpose-built facility that hosts a wide range of indoor classrooms and play spaces as well as a spacious, landscaped outdoor learning environment
 

We are seeking a part-time Sign Out Assistant to join our dynamic Kindergarten Team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

 

• Security overviews for our sign out procedure from 3 to 6 pm
• Ensure that parents sign out their children
• Ensure that pick up permission is up to date for the person picking up the child
• Check ID’s if necessary
• Engaging and interacting with the children and parents as a positive adult role model while they leave/ greet and say good bye to children and parents

Your profile

 

• English language proficiency
• Communication skills
• The ability to quickly and calmly assess situations, process information and act accordingly
