Job Description:

Join a top provider of waste and recycling services! Groot Industries, a Waste Connections Company, is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales through Broker RFP’s
• Manage sales pipeline and broker managed accounts as a primary liaison  
• Respond to phone and email inquiries
• Perform data entry and lead tracking
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or sales support experience
• Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
