We’re looking for a Commercial Business Development person who wants to help the company grow their commercial landscape and construction division.  We want someone who is experienced in reaching out to site managers, management companies, large developers, good history of long term relationship building.

What you will do as a Commercial Business Developer:

• Generate leads via phone calls and emails
• Develop new commercial landscape and construction clients
• Create proposals and present to clients
• Provide design solutions
• Negotiate terms of sales agreement

What you will need as a Commercial Business Developer:

• Expertise with commercial landscaping and landscape construction
• Must have 3+ years of commercial landscaping sales experience
• Developing large commercial accounts
• Experience developing relationships with portfolio managers and site directors
• Great customer service, sales closing and communication skills
