Job Summary**

Valeo Management is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various business functions and contribute to real-world projects, fostering professional growth and development within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist senior staff with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
* Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
* Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
* Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
* Take initiative to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
* Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Prior internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
