The opportunity
- Lead cross‑functional project teams with clear structure, milestones, and goals.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and financial performance.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
- Coordinate activities across factories, service teams, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while sharing lessons learned.
- Support contract negotiations, change management, and claims resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred; ability to achieve Hitachi Energy PM certification within 2 years.
- Experience coordinating and leading remote, multi‑location teams.
- Proven success managing scope, cost, schedules, quality, and vendors.
- Authorization to work in the United States (no relocation or sponsorship).
