Description

We are currently hiring Sanitation Staff to join our overnight team at our busy bakery manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to work behind the scenes, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces according to company and food safety standards
   
• Follow strict sanitation procedures and safety guidelines (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
   
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly
   
• Reassemble equipment after cleaning, ensuring readiness for production
   
• Complete sanitation logs and documentation
   
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet nightly cleaning goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing sanitation is a plus, but not required  
• Ability to work overnight hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and be reliable  
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods  
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in wet/cold environments  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
