Description
Senior Project Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director Delivery Manager. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver complex, high-impact technology projects that support our business and clients globally.
You’ll fit right in if you’re organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through completion.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver results.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success.
- Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Postgraduate degree in a related field.
- Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects.
This position will be located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
