Product Designer Who are weIndia’s leading startup in Construction/Realestate industry which helps managing site remotelyWe provide Mobile and web application to Residential, Commercial, Malls, Hotels, Interiors & Fit-Out projects, Warehousing projectsWe help in tracking Project speed, Quality, Safety, Progress monitoring,    As a Product Designer You will work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and to create engaging solutions to drive business results.Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.Deep understanding of design processes and research methodologies.If you believe that 'design is about how things work and not just how things look', then you're in the right place. Requirements for the Role4 to 6 years of experience in product design or user experience design for products on mobile & desktop form factors.A professional experience or educational background in designing User Experiences on web and mobile applications.Deep understanding and experience of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel perfect deliverables.Ability to think through complex problems, generate workflows, incorporate feedback, and iterate on the designs to refine the solutions while keeping the user at the center.Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process. Ability to update, engage with, and influence stakeholders like product managers and engineering leaders.Expertise with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, or equivalent.
