Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow our client base and increase service bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to match clients with appropriate detailing packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their vehicle care needs
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to recommend appropriate services
- Explain detailing processes, benefits, and pricing options
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients
- Create tailored maintenance plans for clients' vehicles
- Coordinate with technical staff regarding special client requests
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of auto detailing services and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for CRM management
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or detailing
- Knowledge of high-end vehicle care requirements
- Experience with sales CRM systems
- Background in customer service
