Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a CT Public Service License
- Strong judgment, reliability, and attention to safety
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to maintain CPR and PMT certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Ability to operate vehicle lifts and respond to emergencies
