Here is a sneak peak of the Cook’s purpose:

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu

• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner

• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces, storage containers and cooking equiptment

You Will Own This If…

• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Prior kitchen experience a big plus.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the older adult population.
• Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness towards all prospects, residents, visitors, team members and the overall community.

Requirements

You Will Own This If…
