Role: SAP DATA Migration ManagerExperience: 15yearsLocation: HamburgWork mode: Hybrid, 10 WFO days per month Job Summary:• Create a comprehensive plan outlining all activities and tasks required to populate the new solutions with current and historical data necessary for correct operation.• Develop associated resource and budget requirements to implement the plan, ensuring alignment with overall programme and project constraints.• Monitor and report the progress of the data migration plan at the project level.• Identify issues and risks related to data migration activities.• Define and implement mitigation plans for identified risks.• Manage and coordinate activities for the ETL migration approach, including oversight of engineers performing the data migration.• Design a quality management scheme and plan for data migration activities, including validation of loaded data to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.• Create and maintain a progress tracker for all data migration activities and stages.• Present plans and progress updates to project and programme boards.• Collaborate with the Architecture team on the migration approach.• Possess a strong understanding of cross‑functional topics, S/4HANA objects and modules, along with ETL or ABAP knowledge. Must have 2–3 end‑to‑end implementation experiences as a Data Migration Lead and a minimum of 15+ years of overall experience.
