We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join a growing Mergers & Acquisitions team within a leading investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Support due diligence and deal execution
- Prepare investment memos and presentations
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Develop pipeline of investment opportunities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in investment banking, consulting, Big4 TS, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Understanding of valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
