Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
• Operate and manage all kitchen stations including fries, breading, and food prep
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen environment at all times
• Stock kitchen inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
• Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training regularly
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and safety rules

Qualifications & Skills

• Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for serving others
• Reliable and consistent with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and stand for long periods
