SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team. This person will have a key role within the organization as the first point of contact for our patients. We are looking for someone who strives for excellence on a daily basis. The right person for this position will embody a customer service mindset and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
The Intake Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be the timely intake of new patient referrals. This person will ensure that all insurance verifications/prior authorizations are completed, and all documentation and data and completed and entered in an accurate manner. The Intake Coordinator is a key position allowing the right person great growth opportunities within SportsMed Physical Therapy.
