What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate service for every guest
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures that elevate the guest experience
- Partner with the culinary team to accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and personalized touches
- Monitor food and beverage presentation to maintain premium quality and brand standards
- Recruit, train, and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Manage schedules, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
- Drive revenue through upselling techniques and creative promotions
- Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Prepare and analyze reports on service metrics, costs, and guest feedback to optimize performance
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of two years Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of in-room dining operations, food safety, and service standards
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting tools
- Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
