The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $100,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
Support sourcing activities during the solution development and pre‑sales phases
Assist in developing cost estimates, pricing models, and budget assumptions for proposals
Engage with suppliers to request quotes, lead times, and technical information
Analyze supplier bids for cost, quality, and delivery considerations
Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and project teams to align on solution requirements
Help identify cost risks and opportunities, and escalate as appropriate
Maintain and update cost databases, supplier information, and benchmarking data for both Resale and Installation vendors
Support preparation of proposal documentation and presentation materials
Assist in evaluating alternative materials, components, or suppliers to optimize cost and performance
Demonstrate a sense of urgency in meeting proposal timelines and responding to business needs
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the sourcing and cost development process
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within complex project environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver cost and schedule improvements.
Solid understanding of project planning and execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to change.
