Buscamos um profissional que seja a referência técnica da nossa linha de envase, garantindo a excelência operacional, a segurança da equipe e o alcance contínuo das metas por meio das metodologias do TPM.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Organizar a linha de envase, alocar a equipe e gerenciar revezamentos para manter o ritmo, a velocidade padrão e as metas de PQCDSM.
Operar a linha dominando parâmetros, ajustes e modos de falha, executando setups completos e pequenos reparos.
Tratar Fontes de Sujeira e Locais de Difícil Acesso (FSA/LDA), elaborar padrões provisórios (CIL) e padronizar rotinas.
Realizar inspeções preditivas/preventivas usando sentidos técnicos (identificando ruídos, vibrações, temperatura e desgaste mecânico/pneumático/elétrico).
Analisar desvios de indicadores e estruturar planos de ação via ferramentas de causa raiz (5 Porquês, Ishikawa, PDCA, 5W2H).
Atuar como ponto focal junto Coordenador e Analista, garantindo sinergia com Manutenção, Qualidade e GDM, além de assegurar passagens de turno fluidas.
Quais os requisitos:
Formação Técnica em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Automação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prática consolidada em linhas de envase e aplicação de TPM;
Domínio de ferramentas de causa raiz, conceitos de BPF/NQA e vivência no sistema SAP;
Domínio intermediário de Pacote Office (Excel);
Disponibilidade para atuar no 2º turno.
