Job Description & Summary:
Our Infrastructure Transformation Practice helps clients improve the delivery of complex capital projects through stronger governance, better project controls, and practical digital enablement. We work across sectors such as roads, energy, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, manufacturing, and other asset-heavy industries.
We are looking to hire professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience who understand both capital project delivery and digital implementation. These are not just pure strategy roles. We are looking for people who have worked on live programs and have hands-on experience setting up or improving PMOs, governance routines, reporting structures, digital assets, and project control systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of:
PMO / governance experience
digital transformation and implementation exposure
capital project / infrastructure context
hands-on familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled tools
Responsibilities:
Support clients in transforming how capital projects are governed, monitored, and delivered by improving:
PMO and governance structures
reporting and decision-making
schedule and performance visibility
Digital stack including digital workflows, dashboards, and data models
implementation of digital assets and analytics tools
Role Overview by Level
Associate - You will support delivery teams in building and running governance and digital workstreams. This role is suited for candidates with strong execution discipline who can manage data, reporting, trackers, dashboards, and PMO artefacts in live project environments.
Senior Associate - You will independently drive workstreams across governance, project controls, and digital implementation. This role is suited for candidates who can manage stakeholders directly, turn project data into insights, and take ownership of implementation outcomes.
Manager - You will lead client-facing delivery across governance and digital transformation engagements. This role is suited for candidates who can shape solutions, manage teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure on-ground implementation impact.

Large capital projects and transformation programs
Core Responsibilities
Governance and PMO
Design, support, or run governance structures and PMO processes for capital projects and transformation programs
Build and maintain key PMO artefacts including:
governance calendars
action trackers
risk and issue logs
decision logs
change trackers
executive status reports
Support governance forums and ensure follow-through on actions and decisions
Improve reporting discipline, data quality, and management visibility
Digital Transformation and Digital Assets
Support or lead implementation of digital solutions for project governance and controls (Note: while role is limited to curating the workflows, design and implementation plan, actual implementation experience will be desirable)
Build or improve digital assets such as:
Tracker tools for utilities, land acquisition, permits and approvals incl. GenAI toolkits / linkages
MIS dashboards, automated reporting packs
project performance trackers
schedule analytics outputs
workflow and approval trackers
portfolio governance dashboards
Identify opportunities to use automation, analytics, and AI-led tools to improve capital project delivery
Help embed tools into day-to-day ways of working rather than treating them as standalone reports
Project Controls and Performance Monitoring
Track milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery performance
Support integrated reporting across time, cost, risk, progress, and actions
Analyze trends and variances and convert them into actionable insights
Support schedule reviews, look-aheads, milestone tracking, and recovery discussions
Prepare concise reporting for project and leadership teams
Stakeholder Management
Work with client PMOs, project managers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Run or support reviews, working sessions, and governance meetings
Present structured updates and highlight risks, bottlenecks, and required decisions
Technology and Analytics
Work with tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools
Support data integration across schedules, trackers, dashboards, and project reporting environments
Standardize reporting templates and workflows
