Mullens Markings is looking for a Safety Specialist to support our pavement marking operations. In this role, you'll promote a strong safety culture by supporting field operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating incidents, and managing fleet safety programs.

What You'll Do
- Conduct jobsite and facility safety inspections.
- Lead safety training and job hazard analyses.
- Investigate incidents, vehicle accidents, and near misses.
- Track safety metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company compliance.
- Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
- Support DOT compliance, ELDs, and fleet safety programs.
- Manage vehicle accident reporting and claims.
- Partner with Operations to promote safe work practices.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of safety experience required.
- DOT compliance experience preferred.
- Experience in pavement marking, roadway safety, construction, transportation, or manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
