What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Processing accounts payable, payments and reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Supporting payroll and expense administration
- Assisting with audit preparation and statutory compliance
- Maintaining accurate grant and project financial records
- Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with funding and organisational requirements
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide financial support across the organisation
