As our Productivity & AI Enablement Lead, you'll have the modern workplace toolset built on Microsoft 365 at your fingertips and lead the adoption of AI assistants across the company. You'll be the person who turns AI potential into everyday productivity: practical use cases, hands-on training, and well-governed tools people actually enjoy using.

What you'll do

• Ensure effective, AI-enabled usage and adoption of our core workplace tools - Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, and Microsoft Copilot - so employees get the full value of the Microsoft ecosystem with AI woven into their daily work.

• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and approved enterprise AI assistants -translating their capabilities into practical, everyday use cases.

• Create playbooks, training, and guidance that help employees embed AI into daily work: writing, summarizing, analysis, meeting support, and knowledge search.
• Represent the Workplace tower in our Virtual AI Team and lead the Personal Productivity by AI workstream.

• Keep usage safe and compliant - partnering with Security, Risk, and Compliance to apply the right guardrails and spot adoption risks early.

• Run pilots and proof-of-concepts with Microsoft and AI vendors, and support onboarding of new productivity tools.

• Track adoption, usage, and employee feedback. Turning data into insights for IT leadership and into targeted actions where adoption needs a push.

What you bring

• Hands-on enterprise experience with Microsoft 365 admin.
• Real, daily experience with AI productivity tools -  you use them yourself, and you can teach others.
• A track record in adoption, training, or end-user enablement.
• An operational IT mindset (service delivery / workplace support) and genuine curiosity about AI and productivity innovation.
