About the Role:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Property & Facilities Management sector by developing client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Coordinate end-to-end tender and RFP processes, including site visits, proposal development, pricing coordination, client presentations, and submission management.
Prepare high-quality business proposals, capability statements, presentations, commercial documentation, and sales materials to support client acquisition and contract renewals.
Work closely with operational teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored facility management solutions, and ensure smooth transition from business development to service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while supporting contract reviews, business reporting, market intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Solutions, Bid Management, Key Account Management, or similar commercial roles; experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, IFM, or B2B services is highly preferred.
Experience preparing RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, client presentations, and pricing documentation.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with good written and spoken English.
