KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. Your duties will be as follows:
- Assisting with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations, calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments
- Extracting and analysing general ledger data for various internal and external purposes
- Asset recording, depreciation calculation and posting
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Bank transactions and reconciliations
- Supplier BACS payments
- Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations
- Payroll processing, salary payments and PAYE submissions
- Providing cover for purchase ledger and credit control
- Customs compliance monitoring
- Managing a small team
This is an excellent opportunity for a QBE or part-qualified Accountant who is looking for a hands-on role while working alongside the Financial Controller.
