You will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise engagements, taking full accountability for execution from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and successful production rollout. As the single owner of the plan and the customer relationship, you will lead a dedicated delivery pod, manage critical operational gates, and serve as the main line of defense and strategic boundary for customer escalations.What You’ll DoPod Leadership & Customer Ownership: Run the delivery pod as the single owner of the project plan and the customer relationship, driving alignment and execution across all workstreams.Delivery & Governance: Lead complex enterprise AI deployments, managing project governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, and hypercare.Preconditions & Gates Management: Take full ownership of establishing and validating preconditions and delivery gates directly with the customer to ensure smooth project progression.Escalation Management: Serve as the primary boundary for demanding day-to-day customer interactions, independently resolving issues and strategically deciding when and how to trigger executive-level escalations.Client Success & Coordination: Partner with enterprise stakeholders, AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing workflow plans.
