Perform, manage and improve penetration testing for Prudential globally.

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Ethical Hacking

Role Purpose

• Lead and manage a team of ethical hackers while remaining hands-on in penetration testing activities.
• Drive the quality, consistency, and maturity of Prudential’s global penetration testing services.

Skills Required

• Strong background in information security and penetration testing.
• Good understanding of both offensive and defensive security concepts.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple penetration testing engagements in parallel.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach junior and senior ethical hackers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Perform and oversee penetration testing engagements across web applications/services, network infrastructure, cloud environments, mobile applications, and wireless networks.
• Ensure penetration testing engagements are managed end-to-end and aligned with internal standards.
• Review penetration testing findings, reports, and retest results to ensure quality and consistency.
• Act as an escalation point for complex vulnerabilities and high-risk findings.
• Track and drive remediation activities to formal closure.
• Proactively improve penetration testing services, frameworks, processes, tools, and testing methodologies.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Mandatory Certificate
  • Advanced offensive security or equivalent industry-recognized penetration testing certification.
• Preferred Additional Certificate
  • Senior-level offensive security or CREST-related certifications are an advantage.
• Mandatory Language Skill: Good reading, written and spoken proficiency in English
• Preferred Additional Language Skill: Good reading and written in secondary Asia’s language
• Attitude: Organized, independent and good with analytical skill / problem solving

Job Title: Senior - EthicalHacking & Penetration Testingr

Role Purpose

• Perform penetration testing for Prudential globally and manage penetration testing engagements end-to-end.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple penetration testing engagements in parallel.
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing across web applications/services, network infrastructure, cloud environments, mobile applications, and wireless networks.
• Manage penetration testing engagements end-to-end, including scoping, execution, reporting, and retesting.
• Review penetration testing findings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and risk relevance.
• Track, validate, and perform retests to confirm remediation and formal closure of findings.
• Communicate security risks and remediation guidance clearly to stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior ethical hackers during testing and retest activities.
• Stay updated on common security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices relevant to penetration testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security services, testing approaches, tools, and procedures.
