About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Brand Operations Specialist to join the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be a Spanish speaker with strong knowledge of the Mexican market and be willing to relocate to Vietnam. The company will provide full relocation support.

The Brand Operations specialist will lead brand initiatives in the Mexican market. This role encompasses brand positioning, content planning and production, media relations, market and user research, event planning and execution, and visual design management.

Responsibilities:

• Drive platform promotion and advertising efforts to support user acquisition and brand image building.

• Publish product selection reports and manage new media operations, including WeChat Official Accounts and Douyin.

• Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with the company's strategic direction and market insights. Enhance brand image, visibility, and reputation through integrated online and offline campaigns, ultimately driving sustainable brand value growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in new media operations or online promotion. iGaming working experience will be considered as an advantage

• Familiarity with major promotional and partnership platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram; solid understanding of the internet e-commerce industry.

• Excellent copywriting skills, with strong research and analytical capabilities.

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
