Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director - Asset Management to support the growth and delivery of our Asset Management Advisory services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and across the MEA region.
In this role, you will report to the Technical Director - Asset Management (KSA) and provide technical leadership across asset management engagements, lead the successful delivery of projects, and serve as a subject matter expert supporting major pursuits and strategic client initiatives. Working closely with the Technical Director, multidisciplinary teams, and clients, you will deliver practical and innovative asset management solutions that improve the performance, resilience, and value of infrastructure assets. The role combines project leadership, technical excellence, client engagement, and support for the continued growth of Parsons' Asset Management services within KSA and across the wider region.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project leadership capabilities and a client-focused mindset, contributing to both project delivery and business growth within the region.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the delivery of asset management advisory and consulting projects across transportation, mobility, utilities, buildings, and other infrastructure sectors.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing strategic and technical guidance to clients on asset management best practice, ISO 55000 aligned frameworks, lifecycle planning and asset information management.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Lead client workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, technical reviews, and the preparation of asset management strategies, frameworks, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Support business development activities through opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal preparation, technical solution development, and interview presentations.
Contribute to the growth of Parsons' Asset Management capability in KSA by supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across regional and global practices.
Support the delivery of a broad range of asset management services including asset management strategies, asset information and inventory management, asset performance frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk-based planning, and digital asset management initiatives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, Technology, or a related discipline.
15–20 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure consultancy, engineering, or advisory services.
Demonstrated experience leading asset management projects and delivering asset management solutions in accordance with industry best practice and ISO 55000 principles.
Strong understanding of strategic asset management, asset information management, lifecycle planning, asset performance management, and planning.
Experience supporting and contributing to proposals, technical pursuits, and client development activities.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams across a range of technical disciplines.
Experience managing client relationships and facilitating workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
Experience within transportation, mobility, utilities, buildings, energy, water, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
Professional-level written and spoken English.
The role will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with travel across the MEA region as required to support project delivery and business development activities.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with digital asset management technologies, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, Common Data Environments (CDEs), digital twins, and asset information systems.
Knowledge of asset analytics, predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and asset performance optimization techniques.
Professional certifications related to Asset Management, Engineering, or Project Management (e.g. CAMA, IAM Certificate/Diploma, PMP, CEng, or equivalent).
Experience working on major infrastructure program within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Arabic language skills.
Experience preparing thought leadership materials, conference presentations, or technical publications related to asset management.
