Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Production Laborers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily production operations, operating equipment, loading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping the team meet production goals. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Load and unload materials into manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with maintaining proper production line flow and efficiency.
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and off-road vehicles (training provided as applicable).
• Complete pre-shift and end-of-shift equipment inspections.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and production briefings.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs or ladders.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Tolerate varying weather conditions, loud noise, and manufacturing environments while wearing required PPE.
