Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing or submission.
Verify information by comparing source documents with existing records and resolving discrepancies.
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
Generate reports and assist with data analysis based on business requirements.
Perform routine audits to identify and correct data errors while maintaining high-quality standards.
Handle confidential information securely and ensure compliance with company data privacy policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of business information.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets while managing multiple assignments.
Perform additional administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Encoder, or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and database systems.
Experience using CRM platforms or cloud-based data management tools is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated home office setup.
