Sr. Product Manager

Job Description

主要职责

1. 参与新产品上市品牌策略以及执行计划制定

• 基于中国内外部市场洞察（政策，患者，医学专业人士，竞品etc.）参与指定整合品牌策略（IBP）以及整合品牌策略落地计划（IBP landing）

2. 推动和领导新产品上市准备主要成功关键举措，加速品牌最大化产品在中国商业化机会（LRR）

3. 关键客户管理及洞察（Insight & Engagement）

• 深入理解不同层级医院及科室在血脂管理中的不同需求与痛点，将洞察转化为可执行策略。
• 建立并强化与关键专家（KOL）、指南委员会成员、学会平台的合作。
• 推动跨团队合作（Sales、Medical 、CE、BE等）共同打造品牌价值

• 持续跟进品牌关键指标（业务达成、增长、份额、客户观念等与年度策略保持一致），推动业务增长与资源优化。
• 根据销售数据、竞争情报（CI）、客户观念等工具，不断优化品牌策略。

任职要求

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学、公共卫生或商业相关专业优先。

要求

• 3 年以上医药行业慢病中央市场部产品管理经验，慢病领域既往经验优先
• 有丰富品牌策略制定既往经验
• 有增长期品牌管理、参与竞争格局激烈产品的差异化打造经验者优先

• HCP 教育策略，推广活动设计
• 优秀的跨团队协作与影响力

软技能要求

• 自驱力强，具备高度责任心与韧性。
• 逻辑清晰、沟通表达专业有力。
• 优秀的项目管理与多任务并行能力。
• 高度合规意识。
