Position Responsibilities
Engage prospective customers through daily outreach (about 60+ phone calls) to recommend tailored business solutions from Uline’s 43,000+ high-quality products.
Document new client information using Uline's CRM software.
Create new customer accounts and identify key purchasing contacts.
Set up appointments for prospects to meet with Uline's Monterrey Sales team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms a plus.
Strong listening and empathy skills.
2+ years outbound sales call center experience.
Industrial products experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
