Sales Manager – Lithium Battery for Marine (Bilingual Chinese/English Preferred)

RoyPow USA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Marine sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding our presence in the Marine industry, and leading a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience building long-term partnerships within the Marine industry. Knowledge of lithium battery products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Marine industry.
• Manage relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate customers and distributors on the features and benefits of RoyPow's lithium battery solutions.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing, product management, and technical support teams to drive sales initiatives.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote RoyPow products and strengthen business relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information using CRM systems.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Marine, battery, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.
