Job Description
- Lead and manage the End User Computing team, including resource planning, performance management, and capability development.
- Define and drive EUC strategy, standards, and roadmap for the Asia region.
- Serve as the technical lead for Modern Workplace solutions, including M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and related services.
- Oversee delivery of EUC projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes are achieved.
- Manage vendors and service providers, including contract performance monitoring and escalation handling.
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform to improve operational efficiency.
- Support AI solutions and platforms for end users and development teams, including AI Foundry, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and related tooling.
- Ensure security, compliance, and audit requirements are met (e.g., PCI and internal IT controls).
- Provide escalation support for major incidents, ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to align cross-domain solutions.
- Report service performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.
Job Requirements (Key Skills / Education / Experience)
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Desktop, Windows Server
- Mobile Device Management (MDM), Intune
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Entra ID (Entra ID / former Azure AD), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
- PowerShell, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online
- Power BI and Power Automate experience is highly regarded.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or developing a technical team.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-site environments is an advantage.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and delivery responsibilities.
- Experience in IT service management, vendor governance, and project delivery.
