Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter access points.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations by monitoring the property, checking access points, and reporting unusual activity.
• Document routine activities, incidents, and/or resident interactions in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
